Shepherd of the Hills offers two forms of Sunday worship. Traditional worship is held in the sanctuary at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. A more contemporary/casual worship is held in the education building at 10:30 a.m. Our traditional service follows the format of traditional Lutheran worship. We make use of hymns that generations of Lutherans have grown to know and love. We also use more recently written songs and hymns. Our casual worship provides an alternative Lutheran service. It is for those who desire a more upbeat style of worship. It is led by a praise team playing contemporary music. We desire that the hearing impaired receive the full benefit of our worship. A loop system has been installed for both our traditional and casual worship services. Simply switch your hearing aid to the “T-coil” (telecoil) position. Children are always welcome in all our worship services. A brief children’s message is included in every Sunday service. Parent rooms that allow you to view and listen to the service are available for both traditional and casual worship. A staffed nursery is provided for children four-years-old and under at both 10:30 a.m. services.
